Article 23.4.2 of the World Anti-Doping Code (Code) states that “to facilitate monitoring, each Signatory shall report to WADA on its compliance with the Code every second year and shall explain reasons for non-compliance.”
To help Code signatories fulfill this mandatory requirement and report on the status of their compliance with the Code, WADA has prepared this Code Compliance Assessment Survey. The questionnaire consists of multiple choice questions which refer to requirements and actions taken (or not taken) within the context of the rules adopted by Signatories.
